Foundation North supports LEAD to deliver this programme to strengthen Pacific participation in governance and governance skills.

Using research and evidence of good governance, these workshops look at both what good governance
looks like and what good governance looks like in the unique context of Pasefika organisations.

These sessions are designed so participants can explore their own organisation’s governance and also
build their personal skills, knowledge, and confidence to be active and fully engaged board members.

The workshops are facilitated by experienced Pasefika trainers who have extensive experience as board
members. The training is highly interactive and caters for all ages and levels of experience.
