Auckland City Centre ‘Housing First’ programme is a partnership between Lifewise and Auckland City Mission, both grantees within our Catalysts For Change programme.
It is founded on the principle that every person deserves a safe and healthy place to live, and works with people experiencing chronic homelessness in the city centre.
