Foundation North is pleased to announce that its annual public meeting date will take place on Monday 24 September at 6pm, 50 Ponsonby Road, Ponsonby, Auckland.
The meeting will be livestreamed from our website.
A satellite public meeting will take place in Northland at the same time on the same day at ASB Leisure Centre, Whangarei. Guests here will watch the livestream of the Auckland event with a number of Foundation North staff and trustees.
During the public meeting, which will celebrate the Foundation’s 30th anniversary, Foundation North’s Chair Huei Min (Lyn) Lim will present the annual report and results for the year, our CEO Jennifer Gill will give an overview of the new 15-year strategy and the research that has informed this, and Deputy Chair Alastair Bell will present some of the achievements of our Gulf Innovation Fund Together – G.I.F.T initiative.
Our meeting will be interpreted by an NZSL signer both live at the meeting and on-screen as part of our livestream. (International Week of the Deaf 23-30 September 2018.)
To join either meeting in person, email firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 14 September (stating Auckland or Whangarei). Seating priority will be given to those who have advised that they will attend.
The meeting will also be recorded and made available on our website from 25 September.
