When applying for a grant of more than $20,000, make sure you have the following documents and information.

 

Applying for more than $20,000

For your application to be considered for any funding round, the following items MUST be included:

Annual accounts
Annual accounts must be no more than 16 months old when you submit your application and be signed by two office holders. If your constitution, rules or trust deeds stipulate that your organisation must have audited accounts, you will need to provide audited accounts and the audit report with your application.

NOTE:

All recent bank account balance statements Please provide us with the most recent bank balance statements of all your organisation’s bank accounts, including investments. These bank statements must not be more than two months old at the application closing date.
